MCAP Classroom is a 16-week, full-time intensive training program for International Medical Graduates seeking licensure. The program provides participants with the necessary intercultural communication skills for successful employment and better equips them for licensure.

Medical and Communication Educators
This unique program consists of a team of communication instructors, standardized clinical case scenarios, medical educators, and actors (Standardized patients) to provide feedback and to create authentic and dynamic communication situations relevant to practice. The curriculum has been tried and tested and is highly structured to provide desired outcomes.
The program is based on a performance-based model, and includes weekly in-class preparation activities, coached role-plays, recorded performances on rehearsed and unrehearsed cases, guest speakers, and daily feedback and reflction organized in a hierarchy of increasing complexity. There is no better preparation for licensure and practice than MCAP Classroom.
